  • Min. 1,000 m² net usable floor area
Transaction Volume
  • Preferably EUR 4 – 10 million
  • Max. EUR 12 million
Lease Agreements
  • Preferably operator-free or with vacancy potential
  • Alternatively city hotels from 6% net yield in good locations
Exclusion Criteria
  • Extensive project developments
  • Missing building-law permits for existing properties
  • Missing trade-law permits (operating licence) for existing properties
  • Forward deals
  • Building lease (Baurecht)
  • Part ownership (Teileigentum)
