Protecting your personal data is important to us. This website processes personal data to the technically necessary minimum. There is no tracking, no audience measurement and no advertising-related data processing.

Hosting & Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). When the website is accessed, the server automatically processes technical access data (in particular IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type and operating system). This processing serves the secure and stable provision of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel acts as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
Contacting Us
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, contact details, content of your enquiry) solely to handle your request. The legal basis is the initiation or performance of (pre-)contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Cookies & Local Storage
This website uses only technically necessary storage: a single cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) that remembers your language choice (German/English). No analytics, tracking or marketing cookies are set. As only technically necessary storage is used, no consent is required pursuant to § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fonts
The fonts used (Inter, Cormorant Garamond) are delivered locally from our own server (self-hosting). There is no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts); your IP address is not transmitted to external font providers.
PDF Download
The PDF offered on the "Acquisition Profile" page is provided from our own server. No additional personal data is transmitted to third parties when downloading it.
Recipients of the Data
Your data is only passed on to the hosting provider named above as a processor. We do not sell data or pass it on for advertising purposes.
Retention Period
We process personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or as required by statutory retention periods. Server log files are automatically deleted or anonymised after a short period.
Your Rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise your rights, a message to office@gbpartners.at is sufficient.
Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority in Austria is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (DSB), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
